David Dawe is the founder, owner and Broker In Charge of The Pathway Group, LLC. David is a multiple state licensed broker based out of Cabarrus County, NC. Though originally from Canada, David calls Kannapolis, Cabarrus County home today.

My name is Michelle Ibarra. I was born and raised in Salisbury, NC, later on moving to Quebec, Canada for quite a few years before returning back to my hometown. I bring a vast knowledge of the area and can find you the property to meet your needs. I come from rich latino family roots and am trilingual speaking English, Spanish, and Canadian French.
Selena Gibbons
My name is Selena Gibbons. I have lived with my husband and two sons in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area for the last seven years. We have traveled all over the world with the Marine Corps and are so happy to call North Carolina our forever home.

Colette Zielinski
Born and raised in Montana, Colette took a leap of faith and moved to North Carolina at 18 years of age to start a career in motorsports. After working in the racing industry for 21 years as a public relations representative, hospitality manager and now director of client services, she wanted to expand her horizons and brought her passion for real estate to life as she earned her broker’s license alongside her husband, Joe.
Joe Zielinski
Upon moving to NC in 2001, Joe had a successful career in racing at one of NASCAR’s biggest teams until he opened his own car restoration and modification shop. Throughout his career, Joe has demonstrated his need for perfection and strived to do everything right the first time. He is known as a man you can trust and have 100% confidence in, no matter the task.

Chris is pleased to join the team at The Pathway Group after a career of more than thirty years in state and local government. After a time of living in Europe, Chris and his wife relocated to North Carolina after falling in love with the area with a strong desire to serve others through real estate.
